Welcome to Riad Apart Saad, your home away from home in the heart of Fez. We are delighted to have you as our guest and we hope that your stay with us will be comfortable and enjoyable.
Check-in time is from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM and check-out time is at least 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. If you arrive early or depart late and we cannot accommodate you, we will gladly hold your luggage free of charge in our luggage store (Local manager apart) until the time of your departure/entrance.
The property is located in a residential building, We are obliged to follow the local rules and laws and rent only to couples or families with children, without the possibility to invite local guests. Please note that the apartment is located on the 4th floor without an elevator. Leaving the property without switching off the heating or air conditioning is prohibited.
Please note that as per local rules, we do not accept extra non-registered extra guests without the manager's approval, and unmarried Arab or Muslim couples. We kindly ask that all guests respect the property and the other guests staying with us.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

Appartement très bien situé proche de l'avenue Hassan II et du centre commercial, confortable avec de belles prestations typiques d'un Riad marocain. Climatiseur réversible de bonne qualité. Abdel est disponible et joignable à tout moment, avec transfert à l'aéroport organisé en avance !

Great apartment in walking distance to the old Medina. It was really amazing to have the whole apartment to myself. It has all the facilities you need during your stay. It really looks like in the pictures. But what you can't see in the pictures is the friendliness of the owners. I don't know how I can ever repay the kindness and support that I experienced here! Thank you so much! I definitely would stay here again!!!
